Centennial Airport Foundation

A designated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created to support the advancement of aviation through a variety of educational scholarships and aviation centered awards. Our mission is to inspire and empower the next generation of aviation and aeronautical professionals, as well as increase public awareness of the industry’s many contributions to Colorado. 

 

Scholarship Program and Contributions


The Centennial Airport Foundation awards three annual scholarships in various aviation-related disciplines.  

In addition, we contribute annually to the following initiatives:

  • Tuskegee Airmen Mile High Flight Program

  • Cherry Creek Innovation Campus (for Aviation Programs)

Meet Our Inaugural Scholarship Recipients

Empowering the next generation is at the heart of our mission. With your support, we’re helping launch their futures and strengthening the aviation industry from the ground up. This year’s Foundation Scholarship recipients are (left to right): Tatum Rasmussen, recipient of the Aircraft Maintenance/A&P Mechanic Scholarship, will pursue her education at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology. Alexander Buchanan, awarded the Professional Pilot Scholarship, will continue his flight training at Western Air Flight Academy. Jacob Ablanczy, selected for the Robert P. Olislagers Memorial Scholarship for Aviation Management, will study at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
