Director of Human Resources and Administration 
HIRING RANGE: $85,000 – $95,000 annually (based on level of experience),
excellent benefits after 60 days.


The Human Resources and Administration Director is under the direction of the Executive Director. Primary duties include:
• Human Resources Management and Administration
• Office Management and Supervision of Sr. Business Support Specialist and Administrative Assistant
• Public Meeting Coordination and Records Administration
• Tenant Relations and Lease/Agreement Supervision

• Knowledge of and experience with effective human resource management and practices
• Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, exercise sound judgment and discretion, maintain confidentiality, work and plan independently, direct and oversee the work of others and evaluate performance; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of staff, airport users, public officials, and the general public
• Skills in managing multiple priorities concurrently, and interpreting regulations related to employee benefits, personnel and office administration
• Knowledge of applicable local, State and Federal regulations with respect to Airport Authorities, leases, records, personnel and benefits a major plus

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, public administration or related field of study preferred; or
• 5-years of experience in human resource management and administration; or
• Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• SHRM-CP Certification or HRCI-PHR Certification a major plus
